Qualifications include:
- At least 15 years of experience at executive-level positions in high-tech companies (more than one company preferred)
- A proven, successful track record as a leader
- Depth in at least one technology (advanced engineering degree preferred)
- Proven business knowledge (MBA or equivalent experience preferred)
- Consulting skills and experience preferred

- Extensive travel (average 3 days per week)
